Funding entity IDOM Ingeniería
Personal consultancy as a member of an industrial consortium led by the Spanish firm IDOM, within the framework of the European PHARE project. The objective of this project is to cooperate with Romanian institutions, in particular, the regulatory commission ANRE to develop secondary regulations for the electric power sector. Work focuses on tariffs for regulated electric activities: transmission and distribution, as well as ancillary services and the design of end-use tariffs.
